The method of the present invention enables the reactor-pentraxin protein ligand (L-S-R) in a molecularly imprinted form, the pentraxin protein ligand (L) of which is capable of being polymerized directly onto a reactive surface, to be chemically reacted on the reactive surface, to thereby prepare a molecularly printed material to which the pentraxin protein reacts in a more specific way. The reactor-pentraxin protein ligand (L-S-R) of the present invention can be applied to various types of polymerizations or chemical reactions. The binding force of the molecularly imprinted pentraxin protein ligand of the present invention has stronger than that of a single pentraxin protein ligand, and thus can more easily detect the pentraxin protein.
