Abstract: Molecular imprinting method is technique for construction of binding sites that can recognize a purpose molecule selectively. To improve a molecule recognition effect, it is necessary to remove a purpose molecule from a matrix after polymerization completely, and to suppress nonspecific adsorption to a non-recognition site of a purpose molecule. We have prepared fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) -labeled albumin recognizable artificial cell membrane surface with phospholipid polymer as a molecular imprinting polymer that suppressed nonspecific absorption of protein. Fluorescence microscope observation showed that much FITC-albumin adsorbed on the surface compared to rhodamine labeled hemoglobin selectivity
