Abstract: Cellulose acetate-(S)-naproxen molecularly imprinted composite membrane was prepared by using porous cellulose acetate membrane as support, and the effects of molar ratio of the naproxen template to acrylamide monomer and kinds of solvent for membrane on the flux and selectivity of membrane were investigated. It is found that the cellulose acetate-(S)-naproxen molecularly imprinted composite membrane prepared under UV illumination has high efficiency for the separation of naproxen and ketoprofen when molar ration of the naproxen template to acrylamide monomer is 1/10 and the solvent for membrane is tetrahydrofuran. At 25 °C, the flux of membrane reaches 19.7 L/(m2 h), the selective binding factor (α1) is 2.8 and the selective separation factor (α2) of naproxen/ketoprofen is 5.6
