Abstract: Molecular imprinting technique(MIT) is a new applied widely technique in recent years which combine the advantages of the subjects of macromolecular synthesis,molecular design,molecular recognition and bionic bioengineering.The basic principles of MIT and the applications of molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) in separation fields were introduced.A review on the development of MIT was given.
