Abstract: The aspirin molecularly imprinted polymer had been synthesized as filling material of solid-phase extraction. The sample solvent, elution solvent, elution times and vacuum pressure of sampling were optimized for molecularly impinted solid-phase extraction (MI-SPE). Acetone was used as a sample and cleaning solvent, ethanol as a washing solvent, and the sampling pressure was 1200 Pa. The aspirin tablet was extracted with molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction and eluting solution was determined with ultraviolet spectrum. The content of aspirin was 7.12%. Relative standard deviation of aspirin determination was 4.0% and mean recovery was 115.2%.
