Abstract: Consecutive roll molecular imprinted polymer(MIP) having specific recognition property was prepared by the in-situ molecular imprinting technique, using myclobutanil as a template.Using MIP as stationary phase in liquid chromatography, the content and composition of the mobile phase, and also its content of acid(e.g.HOAc) showed remarkable effect on the separation efficiency and the retention factor decreased with the increase of acid content. The recognition ability of MIP was studied by comparing the retention factors of MIP using different template(myclobutanil and its analogues) as stationary phase of chromatographic column. The results showed that higher recognition ability and better selectivity were obtained on the columns with rod MIP than on the columns with respective blank polymers.
Template and target information: Myclobutanil
