Abstract: Bovine serum albumin (BSA) imprinted polymer hydrogel was prepared via radiation-reduced polymerization by using acrylamide as functional monomer, N, NGǦ-methylene dioxymethamphetamine acrylamide as cross-linker and using polypropylene fiber non-woven as the matrix. The grafted polymer was characterized by IR spectrum. The result indicated that the polyacrylamide hydrogel was grafted onto the PP matrix. The adsorption thermodynamics and dynamics of BSA-imprinted and non-imprinted polymer hydrogel indicated that the adsorption capacity of imprinted polymer was much higher than non-imprinted hydrogel. With the increase of monomer concentration the rate of graft increased, and when the mass concentration of monomer was 20%, the rate of graft for AAm reached the steady value. With the increase concertration of cross-linking agent the rate of graft increased initially and then decreased subsequently. When the mass concentration of cross-linking agent was 2%, the maximum rate of graft was got
