Abstract: A novel molecular imprinting polymer membrane electrode of ranitidine hydrochloride was prepared,characterized and used in pharmaceutical analysis.The electrode exhibits Nernstian response covering therange 1.0×10-5~1.0×10-2 mol /L ranitidine hydrochloride.The slope was-28.18mV/decade(25 °C) and limits of detection was 5.2×10-6mol/L.the recovery of ranitidine hydrochloride was 96.8%~104.6%.The selective coefficients and sensitivity and interference immunityare of electrode were behigher than those of early electrode.The results were consistent with those determined by the standard method recommended by the Pharmacopoeia of People' s Republic of China.
