Abstract: Compared with traditional sorbents, molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) having a high selectivity, stability, reusability, for a given analyte,or group of structurally related compounds, that make them ideal materials to be used in separation processes.Consequently,as one of the most effective sorbents,MIPs can be used as selective materials for solid-phase extraction(SPE) and solid-phase microextraction(SPME) to determine compounds in real samples coupled with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).
