Abstract: A molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor(MIP/GCE) of good memory capacity was developed.Using moncrotophos as template molecule, the compound of chitosan and moncrotophos were direct synthesized onto the surface of glass carbon electrode basing on electrodeposition of function matrix chitosan with the aid of hydrogen bond between chitosan and moncrotophos, the imprinted film was formed after the elution of moncrotophos from the co-deposited compound film by applying +0.6 V on the electrode to change the combination microenvironment.Cationic probe Ru(NH3)3+/2+6 was employed to study the optimal conditions of film formation and the electrochemical performance of MIP/GCE on moncrotophos.Result shows, the monocrotophos molecularly imprinted electrodeposition was of good selectivity and detection limit of 0.1 µmol·L-1 was obtained.
