Abstract: A novel core–shell molecularly imprinted polymer is firstly prepared by coating the MIP shell onto the surface of the metal–organic framework, which shows a homogeneous polymer film, cubic shape, thermal stability, and exhibits a higher specific surface area and a faster transfer-mass speed compared with that of the bulk MIP.
