Abstract: The high sensitivity single channel surface plasmon resonance(SPR) instrument and sample injection device made by IECAS were used in this research. The SPR instrument is of prism coupled structure with the incident angle of 40°-70°,the refractive index of 1.04-1.47,and the precision of the resonant angle of 0.001°.The molecular imprinted polymer(MIP)-SPR chip was made by PVC-MIP method and the chip thinkness below 200 nm was proved to have an excellent resonant angle. The MIP chip with the chlorsulfuron(CS) template has the ability for special adsorption compared with the non-MIP chip. The SPR detections for the CS concentrations of 0.1,0.2,0.5 and 1 μg/mL were carried out,and the refractive response signal of them meets a linear equation with R=0.996 4.The detection for the low-concentration CS was made repeatedly. The detection results show that the 50 ng/mL CS satisfies the requirement of the pesticide residue detection.
