Abstract: Highly selective solid-phase extraction sorbent for 3,5,7,3',4',5'-hexahydroflavonol made by molecular imprinting. The selectively binding ability of molecularly imprinted polymer was investigated by equilibrium adsorption experiments and Scatchard analysis. The results showed that by methacrylic acid as functional monomers, toluene as Porogen, the molecularly imprinted polymer have highly binding capacities and selective recognition to the 3,5,7,3',4',5'-hexahydroflavonol.Maximum binding capacities of MIP measure 30.8 mg/g.
Template and target information: 3,5,7,3',4',5'-hexahydroflavonol
Author keywords: 3,5,7,3',4',5'-hexahydroflavonol, molecularly imprinted polymer, molecular recognition
