Abstract: Hollow-fiber hybrid molecularly imprinted polymer (HFHMIP) membranes embedded molecularly imprinted polymeric spheres (MIPS) were prepared. For preparation of the MIPS, Divinylbenzene (DVB) and Bisphenol A Dimethacrylate (BADM) as cross-linker and functional monomer, respectively, were copolymerized by two-step modified precipitate polymerization (TSMPP) method. The hollow-fiber membranes were fabricated using dry-wet spinning technique in the presence of the MIPS. The properties of the membranes and the MIP spheres having core-shell characteristic were studied. The uses of resultant membranes for separation of bisphenol A (BPA) and its derivatives were also conducted by perm-selective experiments showing that the resultant imprinted hollow-fiber membranes were excellent absorbents for separation of BPA and its derivatives
