Abstract: MIPs were prepared and tested in different ways. Umbelliferone was used as the template for imprints formation. Methacrylic acid as monomer and ethanol and acetonitrile as a porogen were used. Non-imprinted polymers (NIPs) were prepared for each imprinted polymer by the same procedure. The highest value of specific capacity was obtained for polymers prepared with acetonitrile as porogen and mixture methanol:water 1:1 (v/v) as solvent used for capacity studies. MIP(umbelliferone) was used for extraction of umbelliferone from propolis tincture. The prepared MIP is probably group-selective and the nonspecific interaction are present
Template and target information: umbelliferone
