Abstract: Molecular imprinting is a novel technique of preparing molecularly imprinted polymers,which can specifically recognize the imprinted molecules.The basic principles and imprinted polymer preparation methods are introduced.This paper reviews research and applications of molecular imprinting technique,from the chromatography,solid phase extraction,pharmaceutical analysis,biochemical separation,biosensor technology and other bio-catalysis fields.This paper also makes the prospect about development trend in the future.
