Abstract: Chitosan partly deacetylated or totally deacetylated product of chitin, has strong adsorption to heavy metal ions. Chitosan was added to Rhizopus oryzae mycelium to make surface molecular imprinting absorbent to study its adsorption characteristics of Cr6+ and its influenced factors. The results indicated that the best adsorption pH value was 3.5 ~4.0. When the initial concentration was 200mg.L-1, it was saturated after dynamic adsorbtion of 15h and adsorption capacity was 45 mg.g-1. When the initial concentration was 600mg·L-1, saturated adsorption capacity was 55 mg.g-1 after static adsorption of 24h. The results provided scientific basis for both comprehensive utilization of industrial fermentation abandoned mycelium and the application of mycelium surface imprinting absorbent in heavy metal sewage treatment.
