Abstract: Objective To explore the synthetic method of artificial simulating receptor of pleuromutilin. Methods The molecule-imprinted polymer of pleuromutilin was primarily prepared with acrylatamide as monomer and N,N'-MethylenebisAcrylamide as crossing-linker through molecularly imprinting technology on the gelatin method, and the absorbance value of its absorption solution was measured by UV spectrometerscopy, and the absorption characteristics of the molecule-imprinted polymer of pleuromutilin was also identified and the absorption effect of different quantities of monomers on the polymer was also observed. Results The absorption of the prepared molecularly imprinted polymer on the template molecule pleuromutilin was at up 26%~38% that of the non-imprinted polymer on the compound. Conclusion The molecule-imprinted polymer of pleuromutilin has certain selective absorption capacity for the template molecule and some characteristics of receptor of pleuromutilin.
