Abstract: A diameter 80 μm homogeneous molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) was synthesized by bulk polymerization using a new entice cercariae (XF) as template molecule, α-methacrylic acid as functional monomer and reformative silica gel as cross-linker. The film was prepared by adoped MIPs with Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA), and researched the swelling property and the character of release XF in the water. The result showed that the swelling property of the film was higher with temperature higher in test temperature, the water absorbability was 85% at 30°C, and it was swelling on the surface of warer and releasing XF slowly, the release efficiency was about 8%.
