Abstract: Objective: To prepare molecularly imprinting polymer microsphere of the malachite green by improved microsuspension polymerization. Methods: Molecular imprinting technology with the malachite green was used as the template to optimize monomer and emulsifier and observe the performance of such molecularly imprinting polymer microsphere of the malachite green. Results: Both AM and MAA functional monomers were mixed with equal amount. The ratio of the template to monomer was 1:8. The crosslink agent was EGDMA and the initiator was AIBN. The emulsifier was tween-80. The obtained MIPs had better absorbability and repeatability. The detection limit was 0.63 ± 0.07 μg/ml. Conclusion: Detected effect of the malachite green MIPs is equal to GB level, which have many other advantages, e.g. reproducibility and being easy to operate and promote.
