Abstract: [Objective] The aim of the study was to seek the simple method of chloramphenicol measurement. [Method] At the electrode of piezoelectric sensor,in situ synthesis of chloramphenicol (CAP) molecular imprinted polymer membrane was reduced by UV irradiation. It was studied that the response of the polymer film to the species and amount of functional monomer. The interacion between the sensor and chloramphenicol was investigated. [Result] Using chloramphenicol as template molecule, methacrylic acid 2-Diethylaminothyl ester (DAM) as functional molecule, the molecular imprinted polymer film had higher affinity for chloramphenicol when CAP:DAM was1:2.The frequency shift of the sensor was proportional to the concentration of chloramphenicol over the range of 30-160 μg/L.The detection limit was 30 μg/L. [Conclusion] chloramphenicol molecular imprinted polymer film could be used as recognition element of piezoelectric sensors.
