Abstract: Rhein magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (Fe3O4 @ SiO2 @ MIP) was prepared based on magnetic particles by using rhein as the template molecule, phenyl and amino silanes as binary functional monomers and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as cross-linking agent. The Fe3O4 @ SiO2 @ MIP was characterized by SEM and IR. The results showed that rhein imprinted layer was grafted onto the magnetic particles surface successfully. The Fe3O4 @ SiO2 @ MIP has uniform cube structure and the thickness of imprinted shell is about 75-100 nm. Combined with magnetic solid phase extraction (M-SPE) and HPLC technology, the imprinted material employed as stationary phase was used to separate, enrich and detect rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion from kiwi fruit root extractives successfully.
Template and target information: rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, physcion
