Isolation and purification techniques for pesticide residue analyses in samples of plant or animal origin.
Publication date: 2001
Journal: European Food Research and Technology
Abstract: Chromatographic methods of pesticide residue analysis of samples of plant or animal origin require isolation of the analyte from the matrix and purification of the crude extract. Combined isolation and clean-up methods are used for these purposes. This paper concentrates on the choice of optimum isolation and purification techniques, which are used for pesticide residue analysis in samples of biological origin
