Abstract: Quercetin and isorhamnetin are the main function integrants in Hippophae rhamnoidse Linn. curing and guarding against cardiovascular disease. A molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) was prepared using quercetin as the template. The MIP was used to extract these two flavonoid compounds from the crude aqueous extract. The result is satisfied
