Abstract: The vanillin in imprinted polymer's solution has been determined on a SpherisorbC18 column using methanol-water-acetic acid as mobile phase by the method of High Performance Liquid Chromatography-UV(HPLC-UV).The calibration curves are good linear over the range of 0.0096~0.0578mg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.9993,and the RSD is less than 6.75%.The recovery of the method ranges from 98.2% to 112.2%.And the limit of detection(S/N=3) is 2.09 μg/mL,the limit of quantification(S/N=10) is 6.93 μg/mL.
Template and target information: vanillin
