Abstract: Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were prepared when benzotriazole was used as the template molecule. The recognition mechanism was studied by Scatchard model. The dissociation constant at binding site was estimated. The effect of the polarity of the solvent on characteristic of the recognition was also studied and discussed.
