Abstract: This paper reported the synthesis of the tributyltin(TBT) molecular imprinted polymer of cross-linking chitosan in the experimental environment in which chitosan was used as polymer monomer and TBT was used as molecule of formwork.The experimental results show that the polymer can completely match with TBT in space structure and binding site.This molecular imprinted method has special identity in space to TBT and high-activity specificity.A further study is made on the conditions of adsorption,cross-linking and stripping of the molecular imprinted polymer as well as its absorbability on TBT.The results show that the molecular imprinted polymer has an excellent selection and adsorption capacity.
