Abstract: Molecular imprinting technology can prepare the polymers which possess the ability of molecular recognition,and it has three properties:prediction for the structure-activity of target,specific recognition and extensive practical applications.Therefore,it can be applied in the areas of isolation and purification,biochemistry,biological pharmacy and medicine.The origin,development of the protein molecular imprinting technology,the preparing methods for the imprinted polymers and the evaluation methods for the imprinting effects are reviewed in this paper,and the prospect for the applications of this technology is also provided.
