Synthesis of the Chrysophanol Molecularly Imprinted Polymers by Quantum Chemical Calculation and Experimental Investigation.

Abstract: The binding energy of imprinted molecule with functional monomer was calculated by using PM3 method.Meanwhile,the best functional monomer and reactantratio were chosen by preassembly UV spectrum experiment.The result of experiment was consistent with it of quantum chemical calculation.Chrysophanol imprinted polymer was thus synthesized by 4-VP as functional monomer and cholorform as solvent and ethylene glycol dimethylacrylate as crosslinker.The recognition property of the MIP was evaluated.It improved the accuracy of the quantum chemical calculation further.
