Abstract: In order to rapidly,simply and efficiently purify 6-gingerol from ginger,the molecular template(6-gingerol),functional monomer,cross-linking agent,initiator and solvent were mixed in the reactor.The mixed solution was degassed by ultrasonic for 15 min and then add nitrogen at 1 ml/min,reacted 20 h at 60 C.The products with the template was then grinded,sieved to homogeneous particles.After eluting out the template from the particle by 95% ethanol,the final molecularly imprinted polymer was obtained.This is a rapidly,simply and efficiently way to separate 6-gingerol from ginger.
