Abstract: In order to rapidly, simply and efficiently purify 6-gingerol from ginger, the molecular template(6-gingerol),functional monomer,cross-linking agent, initiator and solvent were mixed in the reactor. The mixed solution was degassed by ultrasonic for 15 min and then add nitrogen at 1 ml/min,reacted 20 h at 60 C.The products with the template was then grinded, sieved to homogeneous particles. After eluting out the template from the particle by 95% ethanol, the final molecularly imprinted polymer was obtained. This is a rapidly, simply and efficiently way to separate 6-gingerol from ginger.
Template and target information: 6-gingerol
Author keywords: ginger(Zingiber officinale Roscoe), 6-gingerol, molecularly imprinted polymer
