Abstract: Determination of 17β-estradiol in body fluids has been receiving much attention in recent years because the level of 17β-estradiol which has an effect on the endocrine systems in ecosystem and human health is increasing. In a microsphere way,the 17β-estradiol can be turned into the molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP).Through ESEM we can find out the shape and the size of the synthesized microsphere and the optimized conditions. The synthesized MIP has the even size and the diameter of synthesized microsphere is between 300 and 400 nm which is much smaller than the size of microsphere reported on the literature.Because of the even size, good dissipation and stable property, the binding site of the synthesized microsphere MIP can easily bind and release environmental endocrine disruptor 17β-estradiol.
