Abstract: The quinine molecularly imprinted composite membrane was prepared by using porous cellulose acetate membrane as support,and the selective binding properties and separation capacity of the membranes were investigated.The results showed that the quinine molecularly imprinted composite membrane had high binding capacity for quinine,the binding amount Q for quinine was 20.6 μmol/g and separation factor was 5.6 for quinine/cinchonine.Permeation experiment results showed that permeation rate of cinchonine through quinine molecularly imprinted composite membrane was higher than that of quinine,the permeation mechanism corforms to the "dissolution-diffusion" model of membrane permeation.
