Abstract: People have paid a more attention to the pesticides residues, just like fluoroquinolones, so the rapid detection method is required. In this paper the application of molecular imprinted polymer of fluoroquinolones on the detection of food stem form animals, including recognition principles, preparation, current applications,problems and its future. This paper indicates the disadvantage of traditional molecular imprinted is complex and low adsorption. Pointing out the trend and central issue of molecular imprinted is surface imprinted polymers on microsphere.
