Abstract: Glycylglycine molecular imprinted polymer microspheres were prepared by emulsion polymerization in the aqueous phase at low temperature with Gly-Gly as template, acrylamide as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinker. The selective adsorption ability of Gly-Gly-MIPMs was detected by static, dynamic equilibrium adsorption experiments and the TLC separation tests, and the selective binding characteristics were evaluated with Scatchard analysis. The results revealed that Gly-Gly-MIPMs possessed specific molecule recognition ability, the maximum apparent adsorption amount was 0.428 mmol/g and the imprinting factor reached 2.19.
Template and target information: Glycylglycine, Gly-Gly
Author keywords: Glycylglycine, Molecular imprinting polymer microspheres, emulsion polymerization
