Abstract: Molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)was synthesized with o-aminobenzoic acid as the template,2-vinypyidine as the functional monomer in methanol-water system and was evaluated by high efficient liquid chromatography.o-aminobenzoic acid and its local isomer p-aminobenzoic acid,o-aminobenzoic acid and its structural analogues o-phenylenediamine were separated well with the prepared polymer as a stationary phase.Influences of concentration of water in the mobile phase on separation were studied,and the results showed that hydrophobic interaction was the major interaction force in molecular recognition.
