Abstract: The Molecularly Imprinted Polymer (MIP)was prepared with Cyprodinil (CY),a germicide, as the template, the fixture of methacrylic acid as the functional monomer and ethylene dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as the crosslinker by mass polymerization.The study of imprinted polymer was conducted by the adsorption abilities and retention behavior. It indicated that the imprinted polymer had good affinity and marked selectivity for CY, and could separate CY with its analogue commendably. The new polymer could be used to the enrichment of CY in complex sample, and work as separation media to separate and detected CY by HPLC.
