Abstract: Imprinted and self-assembled Mono[6-deoxy(1,10-Decanedithiol)]-β-CD film was prepared on the delay line of SAW sensors, which was selectivie to O-Isoprophyl methylphosphonofluoridate. The structure of this film was studied by AFM, showing a good coating effection and the performance of this sensor was evaluated. The frequency variation of the sensor to 1.7 mg/m3 O-Isoprophyl methylphosphonofluoridate was 2 170 Hz and the standard deviation was 0.157 kHz, the coefficient of variation was 0.070. At the same time, ka = 1.017 x 10 5 mol-1 l s-1, kd = 2.434 x 10-3 s-1, kA = 4.178 x 10 7 mol-1 l was abtained by adsorption kinitics.
