Abstract: The research progress of solid phase extraction adsorbent was reviewed in this paper. The application process of several common adsorbents in the analysis of environmental samples was mainly introduced, including activated carbon, organic polymer resin, bonded silica gels, nanometer materials and molecularly imprinted adsorbent, and the advantages, disadvantages and application scope of each adsorbent were analyzed. Meanwhile, the development trend and prospect of solid-phase extraction adsorbents were proposed. The researches in future should be focused on the development of adsorbents with large specific surface area, strong adsorptive capacity, easy to elution and good selectivity.
