Patent Title: Substance having protein molecule-discriminating function and its production
Publication date: 1999
Publication number: JP11021294
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive substance having a function for discriminating a protein, and to provide a method for producing the substance.
SOLUTION: This substance having a function for discriminating a protein comprises a water-insoluble polymer film formed on a support and having a template similar to the shape of the protein molecule. The template similar to the molecular shape of the protein comprises a fine pore formed in a mark from which the protein preliminarily contained in the water-insoluble polymer film is eluted off. The zeta potential of the water-insoluble polymer film constituting the molecule shape-like template is lower by 3-8 mV than the zeta potential of the protein.
