Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein-recognizing structure very highly able to specifically recognize a protein, to provide a protein-recognizing substrate, and to provide methods for producing them.
SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method for producing a protein-recognizing structure comprising the polymerization step of bringing an imprint solution prepared by dissolving polymerizable molecules having a functional monomer capable of being complementarily bonded to specific functional group sites coordinated on a protein amorphous surface into contact with the protein amorphous solid surface and polymerizing the polymerizable molecules in this state and the subsequent removal step of removing the protein from the polymerized imprint polymer.
