The process of the invention is scientific; the cost is low; the operation is simple; the reaction condition is easy to be controlled. As an adsorbent, the prepared estrone adsorption function material can be used for combining solid phase extraction and liquid chromatography and is suitable for adsorption examinations of trace estrone in various matrixes such as drinking water, etc.
