Abstract: The invention provides a device for preparing a molecular engram solid-phase microextraction coating and a usage thereof. The device comprises a stock solution container, a nitrogen gas inlet tube, a nitrogen gas outlet tube, a quartz fiber sleeve, an embedded tube, a pressure regulating valve, a nitrogen gas pressure apparatus and an open purified water bottle. The usage thereof comprises the treatment of a prepolymerized solution, the surface treatment of the quartz fiber, and preparation of the molecular engram solid-phase microextraction coating. The device of the invention has simple structure, and reasonable design, can conveniently control the length of the prepared molecular engram coating and can prevent the quartz fiber without surface treatment from being corroded by the prepolymerized solution, which ensures that the prepared molecular engram solid-phase microextraction coating can be used in a self-assembled solid phase microextraction device; and the molecular engram solid-phase microextraction coating prepared by the device has excellent performance and small batch difference.
