Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method for stigmasterol molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres. The invention adopts stigmasterol as imprinted molecule, methyl methacrylate as a functional monomer, divinylbenzene as cross linker, calcium carbonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate mixture as dispersant, sodium persulfate as initiator and methanol (met.) as a pore-forming agent; the prepared stigmasterol molecularly imprinted polymeric microspheres has small grain diameter and homogeneous distribution, and shows comparatively better specific adsorption properties on the stigmasterol. The invention has significant importance in enriching high purity phytosterin with single component from bean oil and rap oil deodorizer distillate and analyzing and detecting stigmasterol content.
