Abstract: The invention relates to a preparation method of a glutathione molecular imprinting polymer. The glutathione molecular imprinting polymer is prepared by using glutathione as a template molecule, carrying out polymerization on functional monomers in a protective gas with existence of cross-linking agent and initiator and removing glutathione in the polymer. Preferably, a specific preparation process comprises steps of: dissolving glutathione in a solvent; adding functional monomers to form a template molecule-functional monomer copolymer; adding the cross-linking agent and the initiator; carrying out polymerization protective gas to obtain the polymer; and washing out glutathione in the polymer. The invention also provides the glutathione molecular imprinting polymer prepared by the method and a method for separating glutathione. The glutathione molecular imprinting polymer of the invention can specifically and selectively separate glutathione, enrich glutathione and provide basis for subsequent application. The preparation method is simple and convenient and suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
