Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method for molecularly imprinted material of imprinted ginsenoside G-CK on the surface of an attapulgite, wherein main metabolite G-CK of protopanoxadiol saponin group is taken as a template molecule, and a chemically modified nano attapulgite is taken as substrate, so as to synthesize the surface molecularly imprinted material; and according to the invention, the surface molecularly imprinted material is taken as a purification carrier for dynamical solid phase extraction and static adsorption, so as to directionally separating and gathering G-CK molecules. Therefore, the yield of object compound is improved, and the defects and problems in conventional separating and purifying carriers to natural drug ingredient and metabolite thereof can be overcome.
