Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing a bisphenol A molecularly imprinted polymer solid phase extraction column. The method comprises the following steps of: adding 4 to 5 milliliters of first organic solvent into 280 to 330 milligrams of bisphenol A molecularly imprinted polymer, mixing uniformly to form slurry, and filling in a solid phase extraction column; filling a filler uniformly, then flushing the extraction column by using 8 to 15 milliliters of second organic solvent, repeating for 3 to 5 times, and pumping with a vacuum pump; and infiltrating the prepared filler bisphenol A molecularly imprinted polymer solid phase extraction column by using 8 to 12 milliliters of third organic solvent before use. The method has the advantages of simplicity, specific selective separation and enrichment during sample pretreatment. Compared with the conventional C18 column, the solid phase extraction column has the advantages of stable performance, high corrosion resistance and the like.
