Strychnine testing material prepared from beta-cyclodextrin and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a strychnine molecularly-imprinted polymer and a preparation method thereof; the method comprises the following steps of: dissolving a functional monomer of allyl-beta-cyclodextrin and a template molecule of strychnine into dimethyl sulfoxide and mixing for 6-24 hours at room temperature; then, adding a cross linker of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and an initiator, degassing ultrasonically, charging nitrogen to remove oxygen, sealing, thermally initializing a polymerization, and cleaning to remove the template molecule. The strychnine molecularly-imprinted polymer is prepared by intrinsic molecular recognition ability of the beta-cyclodextrin, and the molecular recognition ability of the molecular imprinting technology, so relatively good recognition effect is obtained by optimizing a proportion of different raw materials. As modification of the beta-cyclodextrin affects the molecular recognition effect greatly, allyl with relatively small effect on structural change is selected to introduce into the polymerizable unit. The method makes full use of the dual recognition abilities of the beta-cyclodextrin and the molecular imprinting technology, thus improving the recognition effect.
