Abstract: The invention provides a preparation method for chromium ion-imprinted silica gel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) soaking silica gel with an acid solution, then carrying out washing until the silica gel is neutral and carrying out drying so as to obtain activated silica gel; and 2) placing a soluble chromium salt into a solvent, carrying out heating and stirring until the solid is completely dissolved, adding 3-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane into the obtained solution, carrying out heating reflux under stirring, adding ethyl orthosilicate, adding the activated silica gel and continuing heating reflux under stirring so as to obtain a primary chromium ion-imprinted silica gel product; and 3) washing the primary chromium ion-imprinted silica gel product having undergone filtering with a solvent until no impurity is detected, then carrying out soaking with an acid until no chromium ion-imprinted silica gel is detected, washing the chromium ion-imprinted silica gel with water until the chromium ion-imprinted silica gel is neutral and carrying out drying so as to obtain the product. According to the method, aminopropyl silane is used as functional monomer for preparation of the chromium ion-imprinted silica gel in molecular imprinting synthesis technology; the method is simple and is easy to operate; the prepared chromium ion-imprinted silica gel has high adsorption capacity and a certain preferential adsorption function on chromium ions; and a small solid phase extraction column can be filled with the synthesized chromium ion-imprinted silica gel for selective extraction of chromium ions in a water sample.
