Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of a filling material of a DMEP (dimethoxyethyl phthalate) molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding reaction raw materials including a template molecule DMEP, 4-vinylbenzeneboronic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a crosslinking agent in ethanol as a pore-foaming agent and water, uniformly mixing, then adding azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator, degassing, filling nitrogen, sealing at the temperature of 40-80 DEG C, and reacting for 20-48h to obtain a primary molecularly imprinted polymer; and grinding the primary molecularly imprinted polymer with the granularity of 15-80 microns, carrying out Soxhlet extraction by using a mixed solvent of methanol, acetic acid and water, and removing fine particles by virtue of repeated settlement by using acetone to obtain the filling material of the DMEP molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column. With the adoption of the preparation method, dimethylglycol phthalate can be simply, conveniently, efficiently and singly separated and enriched from a sample, and thus a purpose of rapid and efficient DMEP pretreatment is reached.
