Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of a Dihexylphthalate(DIHP)molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column filling material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding reaction raw material template molecules of DIHP and 4-vinylpyridine, and a cross-linking agent ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate to a pore-foaming agent trichloromethane and acetone, mixing the substances uniformly, adding an initiator 2,2'-azodi(2,4-dimethylpentanedinitrile), degassing, charging nitrogen, conducting a reaction for 20-48 hours at 40-80 DEG C under sealing condition, obtaining the preliminary molecularly-printed polymer, grinding the preliminary DIHP molecularly-printed polymer to form particles with the particle sizes of 15-80 microns, using a mixed solvent of ethanol, acetic acid and water to conduct Soxhlet extraction, using acetone to repeatedly settle and remove the fine particles, and at last obtaining the DIHP molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column filling material. The preparation method disclosed by the invention can be used to simply, conveniently, efficiently and exclusively separate and enrich the DIHP from the sample, so as to shorten the pretreatment time and increase the pretreatment efficiency.
